Runner Girl
Resources
Runner Girl follows Anu, a young Yoruba South-Londoner, as a routine run triggers long-buried memories and feelings. The show explores strong language, partial nudity, and references to sexual assault, sexual harassment, and suicidal thoughts and ideation.
If any of these themes affect you, personally or through someone you care about, you're not alone — and support is available. This page brings together national helplines and specialist organisations, including services specifically for Black women and migrant communities, reflecting some of the communities and experiences at the heart of this story.
